OWNER/ESTIMATOR: Jack Birdsong Jack holds the Texas State Master Electrician, Class A Environmental Air Conditioning, and Class A Refrigeration licenses. He is involved with the Garland Chamber of Commerce, is active in many community service projects, and is a promoter of vocational education. PRESIDENT OF SALES & SERVICE/ OFFICE MANAGER: Becky Birdsong Becky is responsible for the daily operations of “Birdsong Sales & Service”. In addition, she also handles the company’s accounts receivable. In July, 2009 Becky retired as a Manager from New York Life Insurance Company after 40 years of service in order to work with her husband (Jack Birdsong). Becky was born and raised in Dallas and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, as well as watching her husband compete in the sport of team roping whenever possible. ESTIMATOR/SUPERVISOR: Rob Waldron Rob is licensed as a Texas State Electrical Journeyman and Sign Contractor. Rob grew up in the sign business, helping his father with neon and all other types of sign installations and repairs. He handles most of the day-to-day operations of estimating and supervising the technicians. Rob maintains 24 hour contact with every Birdsong Electric job, and still manages to be very involved with his two kids and their sports activities. SALES & SERVICE MANAGER: Kenner Phiffer Kenner brings to Birdsong Electric many years of experience in the lighting industry, and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to lighting applications. He also runs our website and our lighting distribution department. If you have questions about lighting or lighting design, he is your point of contact. As a husband and father of two, Kenner is a devoted family man who enjoys all outdoor activities (such as hunting and camping) and restoring old cars, which in his words, “has become an expensive habit”. OFFICE SUPERVISOR: Kelli Moran Kelli's duties include dispatching, billing, purchasing and scheduling. Kelli grew up in the Garland area. She now lives on the lake in Rowlett with her two teenagers and husband. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her children perform music, play baseball and fish.
